Founded by frontman/guitarist Jordan Taylor Moed and drummer Matt Lewis, the band set out to channel the spirit of classic icons while forging a sound that feels urgent, modern, and unmistakably their own. Blending retro influence with a contemporary edge, The Hungry & Dangerous have quickly built a reputation for high-energy, unapologetic rock, earning praise as a band proving “rock will never die” and delivering a sound that’s both nostalgic and forward-looking. Their 2022 self-titled debut album introduced the band’s raw intensity to a growing audience, later surpassing 100,000 streams on Spotify and spawning standout tracks like “Insomniacs” and “Life Won’t Wait.” Since then, the band has continued to build momentum with a string of explosive singles including “Detonator,” “Carrie (Psycho Prom Queen),” and “Whiplash Smile,” showcasing their evolution while staying true to their hard-hitting roots. Now featuring the addition of bassist Joe Barf and second guitarist Aiden Horne, The Hungry & Dangerous have expanded their sound into an even bigger, more dynamic live experience doubling down on soaring leads, driving riffs, and the larger-than-life energy they’ve become known for. Formed in 2024, Halogi is known for their heavy riffs, clean vocals, and lyrical themes ranging from feminism to climate change to mental illness. They have shared the stage with D.R.I. and Wailin Storms at local venues. 4TH HORSE Genre-bending ♀️-fronted roots metal band rockin’ in the styles of Black Sabbath, Bikini Kill, All Them Witches, and Kyuss.
Blue Country Line Dance’s Giddy-Up Brunch
ALL AGES EVENT: 11AM Blue Country Line Dance’s Giddy-Up Brunch Come boot scoot your way over and dance with us! Line dancing is all the rage – and for good reason — as it’s incredibly fun, addicting and inclusive. But It’s different than what you might think. Queer culture has transformed this social art of dance into something truly magical – that extends beyond the boots & hats & country music (although we still love that too). We dance to all kinds of music, dancing choreography at all skill levels, at all ages. Coming to one of these events is an invite into a safe space to learn steps, find community and express yourself on the dance floor. Saturday 11am-2pm 11am-12pm Beginner Hour – includes lessons and Blue Country’s Zoe Hawkins-Wells leading the steps the whole time 12pm-2pm All Levels – includes a higher level lesson, a mix of dances, two-step, pattern partner circle dances and we take requests. ALL AGES STANDING ROOM ONLY 54 BICYCLES The current version of Widespread Panic is fantastic, but the tone and energy of a Mikey / Todd show was different. 54 Bicycles plays set lists and plays with an intention of sound and energy closer to the original band. They see the work as preservation and archiving in a real world sense, while also having a hell of a lot of fun.
