Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters
Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters
The songs on Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters blend the band’s old-school country roots attitude with their shared influences of rock and folk. Amanda says of the album, “I think it’s just about life and all that that entails. Including but not limited to death, strangers, birthdays, money, leaving, arriving, seasons, corruption, and love.”

Performing along with Platt, The Honeycutters are Matt Smith on pedal steel and Stratocaster, Rick Cooper on bass and Evan Martin on drums.

There is an empathetic and charming wit engrained in Amanda’s songwriting. She has a knack for accessing a deep well of emotion and applying it to her story-telling, whether she is writing from her own experiences or immersing herself into the melody of emotions in another person’s life.

Tina and Her Pony
Tina and Her Pony is making waves and contributing a unique sound to the American folk tradition. With warm smiles and honest simplicity, the charming duo offer original songs that echo familiar melodies, infused with radical, queer lyrics and uncommon instrumentation.
Tina & Her Pony formed in 2009 in Asheville, NC after the chance meeting of Tina Collins (tenor ukulele, guitar, vocals) and Quetzal Jordan (cello, guitar, vocals). Collins and Jordan spent two years holed up in the high desert mountain town of Taos, making music and lifetime fans, becoming one of the most beloved performing acts in their iconic artist colony hometown.
After completing an eighteen month album release tour that took the band throughout the entire USA and Canada, the duo relocated to Asheville, North Carolina to work on their new release, "Champion", due out Fall 2017.

Tina and Her Pony released their full-length, self-titled debut album in March 2012. The album was mixed and mastered in Oakland, CA with Myles Boisen (The Tigerlilies; Kronos Quartet) and features trumpeter Chris Grady (also featured on Tom Waits’ Mule Variations). The group also released a six-track EP titled “Walkin’ in My Sleep” at the same time. The sound on the EP has a playful, low-fi quality that highlights Collin's and Jordan's magnetic synergy as a standalone duo. Both albums are now available for download on iTunes and Amazon.
