On behalf of Grey Eagle, The Rebelles, & The Feral Chihuahuas, thank you for TWO sold out shows, Asheville! It's going to be a great weekend!
We will not be releasing any more tickets to these events.

In case you haven't heard, this weekend's 2-night stand with The Rebelles will serve as their farewell performances. We are honored to host the troupe's swan song, and certainly hope you'll be here to help celebrate with us. Get your tickets now, as they're going fast. We have no doubt both nights will sell out well in advance, and no additional tickets will be released. Don't miss this show!
Excuse the informality of this entry, I'll try to keep it brief...
You probably don't know me, but I'm the guy responsible (with a few exceptions) for booking the performers here. Chances are you and I like a lot of the same music, otherwise you wouldn't be interested in The Grey Eagle and reading this right now. I'm asking you to trust me a little on this one.

I think The Whigs are great. Especially live. I want you to come down this Wed night @ 8:30pm because I genuinely think you'll feel the same.
If you need more, click here to watch video of them performing live.
That's all. Hope to see you there.
Best.
-Brian

Thanks, Asheville for supporting live music!
Two of Asheville's finest (and our dear friends) Tyler Ramsey & Bill Reynolds will be performing on CBS' Late Show w/David Letterman this Thursday night with their group, Band of Horses!

We couldn't be prouder of these boys, and we know a lot of you feel the same way. We want you to come down to the club around midnight after The Samples show and join us to celebrate. The bands usually perform sometime just after 12:15am, so be sure to get here a little before then so you don't miss a beat.
If you can't make it, we'll miss you, but don't forget to catch the show!
Nervous Films is home for the work of Brent Green. Brent is a self-taught animated filmmaker who lives and works in Cressona, PA. In recent years Brent's work has been screened at the Rotterdam and Sundance film festivals, and featured at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, and at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. He has received grants from Creative Capital and the PA Council On The Arts.
Click above to watch clips from Brent's Hadacol Christmas (requires Quicktime).
The live music/film show will feature all of Brent's films with live soundtracks provided by Brent's band, and Marshall, NC's finest: Sin Ropas. Sin Ropas will also perform their own set independent of the film screening. In addition, Sin Ropas will have their new, limited-edition vinyl album available -- "Fire Prizes" -- for which Brent did all the artwork.
8:30pm. $8 at the door.
Limited seating available.
